Creates a text header for a codebook item

codeBookItemTxtHeaderGeneral(x, nm, meta, ...)

Arguments

x	An R vector
nm	The alias of the current codeBookItem
meta	A specifically formatted data.frame with meta data.
...	Further arguments, not used.
